Woodson on "NECN"

I'm pleased to announce that the New England Cable News network (NECN) has selected 2 of my songs, "She's Hot" & "Let Me Be" to be featured on their Morning Show's Soundtrack Segment airing Thursday, March 1st from 7-9am. I'm honored that these bodies of work have been chosen, and it means even more to me because of my roots within New England. I thoroughly appreciate the support and continued efforts of my peers in aiding me to see my dreams become reality.

The Behind the scene of "Pop Pop" video shoot.

I found some footage of my "Pop Pop" video and wanted to share with you all. I really had fun on that set,& Working with Ken Schmidt he is definitively one of the best upcoming director and his guys were wonderful. As always Marc aka Bizzy Boy is nothing but a little kid in a grown man body, making jokes and and running pranks on everyone. I got hit by Jessica because charlie forgot her name or was it me? This was only some of the things that happen on the set of "Pop pop". I wanted to thank My friends over at Rain Nightclub in Malden/Saugus Mass for the Venu..great place, The staff was even more wonderful group of people. Already the video has gotten 17,000 plus view on youtube, and the song was on CSI season 11 episode 9 "Wild life". "Pop Pop" Music Video

New Single "Let me Be"

I was in my new home town in Florida getting ready to head back to Boston for My friend wedding. I had no intention on recording this song but at the last minuted i was overwhelmed over a Phone conversation from a female friend, about a situation that grasped my attention and got me feeling a certain way. So i started to write on the plane, from the plane to the car to the car to the hotel, all that i could think about was her and writing the song. So i called Marc to meet up to have breakfast at The 50's Doo woop Diner, when singing the song to him to give me a feedback he said i got a couple bars on this, its a really good song, We Have to do this song before i get married! with that idea in mind we only had 48hours to make it happen, I right then called one of my usual studio and spoke to Mike Cip and scheduled a session. Within 2 hours i received an email from a friend (Andrew Shaw) of mine that was working on a beat that actually blended perfectly with the song. It seem as though everything was coming along with this song. That night we was in the studio vibing away Bizzy Boy, Mike Cip, and myself was in the studio doing what we do best, Music. Within 3 hours we were done,the song was formulated into a Hit record, and as we were waiting for Mike to finish the mixing, Marc said "that would be sick if you did a studio video for it" back of my mind i was thinking yeah and when i said it, Marc said, "i can't, I have to get ready." I told mike ,"i would be back in about an hour to get ready. We are shooting tonight. Within an hour i was there Recording the video. "Let me be".The video took 3 hours of shooting and 3 hours of editing. The Video came out unbelievable. Take a look, listen, comment and like it. I present to you all, my newest studio video. Good News! Woodson Signing to Kim K Jones Pride Mgmt

It has been a while since i updated my info to let you guys know whats been going on so as of today i promise to update and keep you guys inform with everything going on. First i will let you know of the recent stuff going on. I have sign to Kim K Jones Pride Mgmt. I was so excited. So much had to get done. Finally things are in play, major moves are being made, my manager Kim Jones & Marie Snow and PR man Timothy Snow are taking things to a new level. I had been searching for manager as long as i have started and to find a company that is about the artist and looks out for an artist is definitively what i wanted and got! In the upcoming weeks a lot of things will change and alot has already has taken place, New single studio is out take a look & listen to it on youtube
